After sautéing steak or chicken in a saucepan with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and salt, remove the steak or chicken, and add the pasta to the oil, and seasoned saucepan. Toast until amber-brown. Add some chicken stock and continue cooking for 8 minutes. Add the steak or chicken pieces and continue cooking for 2 minutes, then add grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
