FiberPasta Covid-19 Guidelines
At FiberPasta, our greatest priority is the well-being of our customers and employees. When it comes to safety, the care we put into every FiberPasta product — from manufacture, to packaging, to shipping — is exceptional. And we take extended measures to ensure our high level of safety.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Italian Ministry of Health both agree there is no scientific evidence that Covid-19 can be transmitted through food.
Our Pasta is maintained in a secure facility with limited access. As only one person is in charge of shipping, packages are handled by only that person before being shipped.
Our fulfillment clerk wears protective gear while handling all products and all shipping material. The gear includes gloves, masks and constant washing of hands between orders and glove applications.
Please keep in mind that there can be some delays, because of the time spent using extreme caution during the process of packaging and shipping. We ask that you allow for a possible short delay in standard shipping time ... but we feel it's well worth the wait to maintain our best practices.
If you are unhappy with our product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. This minimizes risk to our existing inventory. But if you’re not satisfied with FiberPasta in any way, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
